Our August Wellness Morning marks our fifth event, and with each one bringing new faces, we can’t wait to welcome you to Step & Roll Wellness on Saturday the 20th!

We’ll be getting startered with Érico Leocádio, a hugely talented chef and valued member of the Farrington’s team. Bringing expertise from his time running an artisanal bakery in Brazil, Érico will guide us through everything you need to know about prepping, shaping, and baking the most delicious bread rolls. Perfect for busy schedules, these rolls make easy, fresh lunches you’ll actually look forward to eating! You’ll leave not only with your own dough but also the know-how to recreate it at home for yourself, friends, and family.

Next, we’re stepping things up with Lucy Keable of Step Ahead Aerobics. Lucy is a well-loved local fitness instructor who’s bringing us a fun, high-energy step class that will get the heart pumping and the smiles going. Those who know Lucy already know this is one not to miss, and if it’s your first time, we’re certain you’ll be hooked after this unique chance to try one of her classes!

To round off the morning, a brunch that will showcase the very best of Farrington’s farm produce and our own freshly baked breads. Expect house-made focaccia topped with sautéed lemon and thyme courgettes from Farrington’s Farm, crisp farm-grown cos lettuce with basil Caesar dressing and Érico’s bread croutons, keeping everything firmly in our bread-themed spotlight. We’ll finish on a sweet note with warm bread and butter pudding served alongside vanilla bean ice cream.
