Straight out of culinary school in Warsaw, Kuba set off on a flavour-filled adventure that has taken him from the sun-drenched kitchens of Greece to the heart of Irish cuisine. After a brief Greek getaway, he made his way to Wexford, where he learned about irish cuisine.
Since 2022, Kuba has been bringing his skills, creativity, and signature smile to Rathcoffey, crafting delicious dishes at Farrington’s Mill. His cheerful demeanour keeps the kitchen buzzing—most of the time! On the rare occasion his smile fades, we know exactly how to fix it! First, a coffee and if that doesn’t do the trick… well, a pint usually will.
Our Sous Chef
Érico Cogo Leocádio, a passionate and versatile chef, from Portugal to Ireland he brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Farrington's Mill. With a Master's degree in Italian Cooking and Enology from ICIF and a background in Design, Érico's career spans various roles including Head Chef positions in Portugal, chef at Viking River Cruises, and even owning a artisanal bakery in Brazil. His diverse experience, coupled with a powerful and beautiful 90s style mustache makes him a valuable asset to our kitchen team, ensuring our guests receive exceptional culinary experiences.
