[Book Tickets]

Before you book

One ticket per person. Everyone coming along needs their own ticket, so Mum, Dad and two children would be four tickets.

Under 2s go free. No ticket needed for little ones up to two years old.

Tell us who's coming. On the last page of the booking, please let us know how many adults and how many children are in your group.

Can't get enough tickets? If you can't select the number of tickets you need, that time slot is full or nearly full. Please choose another slot with enough space for your whole group.

Please arrive on time. Santa runs a tight schedule this time of year, and arriving on time helps us avoid delays for everyone.

Make a day of it

Our restaurant is open during Santa's visits, so why not join us for a family meal afterwards? You can whisper to us what Santa had to say.
